Approached from town centre, down the path just after just after no.46.
By private vehicle:
Calver Close, Penryn TR10 8SG.
Approach along West Street (one-way from the Truro direction); turn left into Calver Close and follow the road down to the bottom where it opens out.
There is very limited parking (spaces H5-H10, the hatched area) only.
You must display a parking permit or risk a Penalty Charge Notice.
Parking permits will be given when requested after arrival and will need to be returned upon leaving.
There is step-free access from the parking area via the concrete path to the main door.
Sitting
Sitting for a portrait
As a sitter, you will be asked to sit from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
It's recommended to arrive early to get comfortable and to adjust the lighting and backdrop.
Sitting is done in 30 minute blocks, with small breaks between (1-3 minutes to stretch), and a 30 minute break at 7pm.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are offered during the long break.
It’s recommended that sitter wear clothing that they feel comfortable in.
Use of small ear bud headphones are welcomed. Larger headphones, hats and head dressings may be agreed upon.

You will be paid £15 per hour*.
(£45 for the session)
*£15/per hour will be increased to £20/per hour if 10 or more artists are in attendance.
